flash blackberry curve 8900/ pearl 3G into metropcs
metro pcs is the cheapest plan on the market although its coverage sucks.but yet as long as it coves my area.
i would like to start using metropcs and i want to buy a new blackberry to go w/ it.
i only like the new pearl 3g and curve 8900. i kw tht metro pcssupports curve 8830 but i am not sure abt the others blackberrys.
i will buy a unlock phone from manufactured instead of the ones from the phone companies.
can metro pcs support pearl 3G and curve 8900 ? or other balckberry phones ?

You can have Metro pcs on Blackberry 8330 for sure. But am not sure about curve 8900 because it is a GSM network based device and Metro pcs is a CDMA. So they wont be compatible. If I buy an unlocked Blackberry Bold, can I take the SIM card out of my Tmobile Blackberry Curve and use it?
I have a T-mobile Blackberrry Curve. If I buy an unlocked Blackberry bold and put the Curve SIM card in the Bold, can I use it just like my Curve? (as long as I register the new phone on the Blackberry Enterprise network). Or does this all have to go through T-mobile?
as long as the phone is unlocked it will work. T-mobile cannot unlock another carries phone for you. The sim card won’t work because every carrier has their own network that recognizes its own sim cards.

Skin Blackberry Curve
There are many anti aging skin care products available in the market and you can get very confused about which one to buy. Many anti aging skin care products use reassuring words like collagen, coenzyme Q10, anti-oxidants and vitamins, but that still does not assure you of the desired result. You need to understand all this jargon and go beyond it in order for you to make the right purchase.
The first ingredient that most anti aging skin care products claim to contain is collagen. The truth is that applying collagen to your face or consuming it as a supplement will help you very little. You need to apply keratin, preferably in its most advanced form Cynergy TK to your face in order for your cells to produce enough collagen to remove wrinkles.
Similarly, coenzyme Q10 is great at stimulating collagen production, but why should you settle for it when you can use its high tech form called Nano-Lipobelle H EQ 10? It is formulated to soak deep into your skin layers because of its nano particles.
Vitamins E and A are great for the skin, acting as effective antioxidants. Still, not all of them act in the same way. If the vitamins are from a natural source they will be more successful than if they are artificially created. Active Manuka honey is a great anti-inflammatory and antioxidant but it needs to have a high Unique Manuka Factor (UMF) for it to be effective.
You should also make certain that if you require proper anti aging skin care, the natural ingredients should be in proper quantities. Just because a product has a little bit of some natural ingredients does not ensure that it will work effectively.

Are all the Blackberry Curve range phones the same size? Or do I have to get specific covers for the 8300 series?

Free Blackberry Curve 8330 Review
My current contract with my cell phone provided is almost up. And i’ve been contemplating on which smart phone I want. I currently have the LG Dare phone which i’ve had for almost 2 years now.
But if i’m like a lot of people out there, then you can understand what I mean when I say that “i’m getting pretty bored with the phone” and I think it’s time to get something new.
So i’ve narrowed it down between two Smart phones with 2 carriers. One is the Blackberry Curve from Verizon Wireless and the other is another Blackberry Curve 8330 from Sprint.
If you’re in the market for a new “Blackberry Curve 8330″, here’s a review from my experience using the phone.
And if you’re looking to get a FREE Blackberry Curve 8330, there are companies that do offer the Smart phones for free. And the only networks that use the Blackberry Curve 8330 are Sprint and Verizon Wireless. You might also want to check with the authorized carrier independent cell phone dealers. They often have FREE phone promotions.
I think that the Sprint BlackBerry Curve 8330 is a strong improvement over the Verizon Wireless version of the same phone. Sprint has added extra applications compared to the Verizon Blackberry Curve.
On Sprint’s Blackberry Curve, there was plenty of instant messaging options, including GTalk, as well as the Facebook app for BlackBerry.
The Sprint BlackBerry Curve 8330 has excellent battery life and improved scheduling capabilities. In my opinion, this is probably the best BlackBerry on the market, as well as the best smart phone offered by Sprint.
Call quality on the Sprint Blackberry Curve 8330 was about the same as the Verizon Wireless version. It gets all of the great calling features, including a nice speakerphone, bluetooth for handsfree calling, conference calling and voice dialing.
The Sprint BlackBerry Curve has an excellent battery life of eight hours of talk time. And it also got consistently better reception.
In messaging, Sprint offers lots of useful software, with some great instant messaging from AOL, Yahoo and Google.
The Sprint Blackberry Curve has a Facebook application so users can keep in touch with their online friends and update their profiles from the phone.
The calendar on the Sprint BlackBerry Curve 8330 is improved over the original Curve. It looks nicer than before and with the nice color highlights that make it easier to read.
The Sprint BlackBerry Curve 8330 includes an updated media menu, and an over-the-air music store.
The price to download a track is $0.99, and for every track you buy you also get to download a file to your PC.
The 3.5mm headphone jack and stereo Bluetooth support is great for music listening. Sprint has also included a 1GB microSD memory card.
The Sprint BlackBerry Curve 8330 uses the carrier’s own Sprint Navigator for driving directions, and I think the TeleNav-based application is better than the VZ Navigator.

For Office attachments you’ll need DocsToGo. For Adobe attachments you’ll need BeamReader. DocsToGo comes from OS 4.5 and above. Google OS 4.5.0.93 mediafire or OS 4.5.0.102 mediafire and you’ll find it. MAKE SURE you pick your appropriate phone model. Curves are 8310, 8320, 8330. Installation link below.

Curve Pearl
I personally do not think there is any contest between these two types of mobile. Myself and many of my friends have chosen the blackberry curve!
The actual handset:
The durability of the curve is much better in my opinion, I have dropped the phone a few times and it now has a couple scratches whereas a few people have told me that the pearl type blackberry has turned off when dropped and takes a while to turn back on.
I like the fascia of the curve as it is much more attractive than the pearl, the buttons do not look as ‘all over the place’ as the pearl.
However, the thing I do like about the pearl phone is that you can have many different colours of it!
One thing I would say, and this goes for all BlackBerrys…I have experienced very poor battery life. Due to the many applications available for them. If your phone is going off alot and you have many friends texting you, BlackBerry messaging you, etc then the battery life runs down quite quickly and has to be charged daily in my case.
I like how BlackBerrys have the menu options instead of having to click through one thing to get to where you want to go to.
I personally have the BlackBerry Curve 8900 and love it!! I find it so simple to use and txt etc. I think the pearl buttons are extremely close together and quite personally think it is an ugly phone. The facebook app is a favourite, as it is for most people, a simple way of talking to mates and seeing whats going on with people you may have not seen for a while.
The curve tends to be a bit bigger than the pearl, whether thats a good thing or not im not too sure.
On all BlackBerrys I like the fact that they have a led light to let you know if you have a text or a missed call, as well as having the standard vibrate or tone mode.
The camera on my phone is 3.2 megapixel, there are many ways to customize photos and applications that can be downloaded to do so.
Just veering off from the comparison for a moment, one of the games iv found myself addicted to is ‘pixelated’. This game annoys me to death as I feel I am about to complete it, and one move later it’s game over. Very fun and something to do whilst travelling or just generally being bored.
BlackBerry Messenger is a very good idea of the BlackBerry! Easier than msn to use and obviously for the phone. Its free and an easier way to talk than texting. Everyone with a BlackBerry can get the messenger and its used alot more than ringing / texting. You can add a photo of yourself to it and update your status as you choose to. PING your friends if they dont reply or tell them to go away if you’re at work.
Overall I give the curve 4 out of 5 and the pearl a 2/5.
The applications available and the overall BlackBerry concept I give a 4/5 also.

You know you can’t go wrong with a phone like the Blackberry Curve 8320 in your hands. It’s a beautiful device designed with a stylish exterior complete with a metallic finish and clean lines in such a way that they are easy on your eyes. Its powered by a 312 MHz Intel Xscale processor with a 64 MB flash memory with 21.8 MB to be used for application and program storage. The memory is expandable using MicroSD memory card. The package comes with a charger, a USB cable for connection to a computer, a holster for the phone which can be clipped on to a belt, the stereo headset and the software CD for your Desktop.
