Battery Charger Cradle

Sidekick 3 wont turn on please help?

I just bought my Sidekick 3 on eBay, is new and has never been used, but refurbished. that has been gaining for 16 hours and the orange light Finnally out, Im not really sure if the battery charged or not, because I have heard of cronies with wrong charger ports when they are lit and never charged. Im not sure if I should put money into buying a charger cradle for the battery or send it back, and that in turn custom. I've even tried plugging in the charger and remove the battery to turn it on, and nothing happened. Please Help

I suggest taking a T-mobile store first.You will not buy a new battery too, does not operate in phone.Just request that a new battery inserted into the phone to see if a new job. If it does and then go ahead and buy a new battery. If that fails, then you know it's the phone itself.
