My Canon Pixma printer keeps giving me an error message stating that my ink tanks are not inserted correctl?

I went to cartridge world yesterday to get the magenta fill the tank, but the guy at the shop had one that had been filled before that was the same type as that in which I took took over and did not given importance. Last night I print a document and it worked, but I tried to print a photo of a few minutes ago and I have a message saying "ink tank errors have occurred, open the printer cover and replace the ink tanks in which the lights are out, "but in doing this I found that all the lights were included in magenta. I have only had this printer since March this year and never had a problem with it. Should I take a print screen of error messages and show the wizard sales (you can print them off at the UNI in the morning) or will I have to take the printer to test that does not work, the store is not far from where I live and printer not heavy. It is the iP3300 model

Simply take the cartridge and the error message, which should be sufficient
