Where can I get an Apple iPod nano sleeve?

I’m curious to know, since the 2nd generation iPod nano does not come with a case is there any protective sleeve for it? The one I had in mind was the sleeve that came with first generation nanos (http://playlistmag.com/publications/playlist/images/content/2006/02/nanosleeve.jpg). The cases that Apple offer aren’t that appealing.
