Flights – Viva Dubai!
Dubai is the cultural capital of the United Arab Emirates. Home to the world’s tallest hotel and a network of man-made islands along the coastline, as well as a network of shopping malls and even an indoor ski-centre for those who want to hit the slopes in the middle of the desert.
The city has become increasingly popular with tourists in recent times, eager to experience the splendour of the Middle East, or just act as a stopover on long-haul flights to Asia. Indeed, the resorts dotted around Dubai offer those who are feeling a little flush to experience the lap of luxury, or simply relax on white sandy beaches along the coast of the Persian Gulf.
The city itself lies within the Arabian Desert, and many of the activities around Dubai are based around the location. From camel treks to tearing it up around the dunes in buggies and 4x4s, Dubai offers the chance to experience the thrills and spills of the desert. For those looking to take the plunge, the crystal blue waters of the Persian Gulf offers a number of diving locations for scuba enthusiasts, as well as opportunities for deep sea fishing excursions.
Dubai is also a prime location for shopping enthusiasts, with a number of shopping malls located around the city. Indeed, from the moment you touch down at Dubai International after a long journey, you’re surrounded by boutiques and a variety of restaurants to explore and enjoy. Many make use of cheap flights to make short trips to the city in order to relax and find a bargain.
As a result of the increase in tourism, flights to Dubai are now more widely available from most UK airports. It is advisable to hire a car when visiting the city, as this will allow you more of an opportunity to explore the city at your own pace, so consider such an option when searching for flights, it is advisable to be wary as to peak times for traffic before starting out on journeys.
So whether you’re looking to relax on the beach, shop till you drop or simply take in the sights and sounds of the desert, it’s worth considering a visit to Dubai as part of your trip.

I just gone mine yesterday. The only thing that sucks is that because of Yahoo!, it won’t let you log in, ask or answer questions. You can only search up answered ones. I’m fine with that, but they’d better change it soon. I’m keeping it for now.
